QUICK FACTS About Fashionistas Unite!
  • The Fashionistas Unite! Bazaar is bazaar, with spacious stall spaces and professional stall fittings.
  • There are 2 types of stalls:
    • 17 Premium Stalls = 450 SGD only for 3 days; Premium Stalls gives the professional look, look like an exhibition booth, with partitioning, carpeting and shelvings for their product display.
    • 1 VIP Stall = 900 SGD only for 3 days; The VIP Stall is a special type of Premium stall, double of the size of a Premium stall
    • 32 Regular Stalls = 350 SGD only for 3 days; Regular Stalls are bare-spaces, with panels separating 4 stalls, carpeting, and looks something like the diagram below.


  • Registration Fees = Regular Stalls = $350 only (from 1 August 2009 0000hrs onwards) (3 sqm); Premium Stalls = $450 only (3 sqm); VIP Stall = $900 only (3 sqm).
  • Stall Space = 2m x 1.5m


  • Logistics Provided = Carpeting, Panel, 1 table (with white table cloth, maroon skirting), 1 chair
  • Selection of stall location is first-registered&pay-first-served.
  • Items Disallowed= Food/ Drinks/ Imitation Goods (e.g. Fake labels, branded bags, fake cartoon products)/ Pirated Items/ Illegal Items and Services. STRICTLY NO Second Hand Products Allowed. Vendors violating this will be asked to leave the premises.

WHERE ARE WE LOCATED IN BRIDES AND BEAUTY 2009?
Brides and Beauty will feature a giant stage with fashion runways, and has fashion themed exhibitors from all over the world. The Calamine Solutions Fashion Bazaar is located near a Beauty Workshop and next to a massive branded goods sales area.

  • Applicants are to register for all three days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). No rental of 2 days or 1 day allowed.
  • Calamine Solutions understand that some vendors may be on a tight budget/ schedule, and hence allow vendors to share stalls upon written approval from Calamine Solutions. All sharing collaborators for the stall are subject to the same terms and conditions stipulated in the Registration Form.
  • All stalls have to be ready before the starting times of each event day, and vendors cannot leave the stalls unmanned.
  • All the contents of this Web site is copyrighted by Calamine Solutions.
  • The floor plan may be downloaded only by a paid vendors and for a paid vendor’s personal use; no downloading is allowed by non-paying users. All users are forbidden to reproduce, republish, redistribute, or resell any materials from this and accompanying documents in either machine-readable form or any other form without permission of Calamine Solutions or payment of the appropriate royalty for reuse.
  • All figures and measurements in the Exhibition and stall floor plan are approximates and were planned and drawn solely by the main organizers. Calamine Solutions are not liable for any changes to the floor plan in any way.
  • The floor plan is subject to changes without prior notifications to the vendors.
  • Calamine Solutions are allowed to make changes to the floor plan as deemed fit in their professional opinion without prior notification to the vendors.
  • Calamine Solutions and its staff are not liable for the profitability of the vendors in their events.
  • By payment for the retail space, and the selection of the retail space, the vendor has accepted all terms and conditions stated in this and all related documents transacted during the registration.
