Calamine Solutions Team are getting ready for an awesome ART bazaar during the Youth Olympic Games period!
Working together with the National Arts Council, Noise Singapore and the management of Marina Square, we are bringing you the Noise Market Square Arts Bazaar @ Marina Square Southern Plaza!
CALLING ALL BUDDING HANDICRAFTERS, ARTISTS AND DESIGNERS!!!! A place for you to show-case and sell your creations!!
Event Details:
Name: Noise Market Square Arts Bazaar @ Marina Square Southern Plaza
Date: 21st & 22nd of August 2010 (Sat & Sun)
Time: 12pm to 10pm
Location: Marina Square Outdoor Atrium facing Raffles Avenue Esplanade Mall (right outside of Mc Donald's and Starbucks)
Nearest MRT: City Hall, Esplanade & Promenade (Circle-line)
**Outdoors Rain or Shine Event**
What is provided:
* Each stall comes with 1 table(with table cloth & skirting) and 2 chairs
* Each table size is 3ft by 3ft
* Ample space will be allocated to all! Each stall space is approximately 2.8m x 2m.
* Tentage, lightings and ceiling fans will be provided
Rental Fees:
$60 per stall for 2 days (Early-Bird Special, complete registration before 31st July 2010)
$70 per stall for 2 days (After 31st July 2010)
~Limited stalls available for balloting now~
How to participate:
1. Kindly fill up a registration form HERE. (Please provide detail description of the items that you'll be selling. Subject to approval & only vendors with related products will be approved)
2. Please upload sample photos of items that you are selling via the registration form (if you have difficulties uploading, please email the photos to calamine.solutions@gmail.com).
3. Successful applicants will be informed via email within 5 working days.
4. Payment has to be made within 3 days after notification of successful application (or it will go to the next applicant on the list)
Note: Only hand-made, self-designed, self-created goods allow, strictly no 2nd-hand.
